They left me completely alone for a long time. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, they treat their staff with respect
