My family have been seeing Dr. Alves for over 10 years and I always feel confident when seeing her that my family and I are well taken care of. I never feel rushed and she is very thorough with her diagnosis.

They were able to provide me everything I expected. I've never doubted their abilities. Dr Alves (and his staff) have always met my expectations.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. These people are heartless and could care less about your situation. They simply don't care.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were absolutely amazing. I will definetly return.
