I feel like my appointment was a big waste of money and time. Transferred to Spurlock after my other chronic fatigue doctor quit his practice. First visit cost me $660 plus $1400 in prescriptions based on what previous experience shows me seemed to be minimal blood work. Said he THOUGHT I had a virus. Said he THOUGHT I had thyroid problem. Took blood to verify for NEXT appt., but prescribed expensive meds at THIS appt., the way he explained it to me. Explained NONE of Valtrex potential or even likely side effects side effects which caused me to miss TWO weeks of work at my OWN company, and cost $1200 by itself me which NEVER happened when I was treated by his previous sidekick. Had I known of potential severe side effects of Valtrex, I would have bought a few days worth first. Making matters worse, he knew I didn't have health insurance and he doesn't take it if you do. You have to get reimbursed from insurance company. Beware, he charges by the hour and can talk your ear off! I am 63 years old, a military veteran and have never been

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very pleased at how much information I was able to obtain during my visit. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and in a way that I could understand. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

I am so thankful that I found Dr. Spurlock. He listens to everything I say and thinks things through with me. More thorough than any other physician I've seen. He is considerate and always concerned. I look forward to my appointments with him. Not only is he wonderful, but his staff is very kind and caring. I feel better than I've felt in a very long time.

I felt like they kept their office equipment in good shape. Also, it seemed quite current. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I have already recommended them all over the internet and to people who I find out have fibromyalgia. They helped me so much and I want others to benefit as well.
