They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I am pleased with the service they have provided to me - when all other doctors only wanted to give me medications after listening to me for about 2 minutes. I've been sick and undiagnosed for 2 years and Dr. Spurlock is the ONLY doctor in those 2 years who has shown concern and compassion and wanted to help me get better. The only issue I have is I miss their receptionist Karen who no longer works there. She was his #1 cheerleader and actually encouraged me and my daughter to seek his treatment. He doesn't take insurance and like most insurance companies, all my claims are denied over and over for technical issues so I end up paying 100% of all his fees, but from my experience, that is a typical american insurance company problem.
