They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution, which is why the wait to see him is so long on occasion. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on/ I enjoyed the cable tv. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I've seen Dr Morgan for years and he is a professional. My only complaint is that I have to wait so long for my appointment. I'm not sure why they even bother with giving you a time to come in......it will be at least an hour wait. I try to get each appointment at 9:00 am to be first "in line". Then, Dr Morgan never shows up until 9:30 or 9:45.

I have been a patient of Dr. Morgan's for 5 years. He was very helpful with my problem and I have no complaints concerning my treatment plan.
However, during this period of time, there was not one single appointment held on time. The shortest wait time was 30 minutes and this was the very first appointment of the day!
On one occasion, I asked Dr. Morgan if he knew what time my appointment had been scheduled for and he had no idea. It was 45 minutes earlier.
He explained that the delay was due to a crisis with a prior client.
I fully appreciate that appointments will often run longer than scheduled. Professional practices allow for this in their scheduling. They also have the courtesy to inform waiting patients of delays so they have the option to reschedule if need be.
My most recent appointment was the last straw. After waiting for more than an hour AND watching a pharmaceutical rep go in ahead of me, I got my co-pay back and left.
I am changing to a doctor that has more respect for my time and for me.
