I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I wouldn't feel safe under anyone else's care. They are one of the few psychiatrists I trust. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

I was referred to Dr. Morgan by a friend of mine who highly recommended him. After doing some research I found myself at this website and read the other reviews which led me to schedule an appointment with another doctor. The wait was not terribly long and I was in and out with a prescription in a shorter time than I had waited to see the doctor. After several follow up visits and changes in my medications I was not feeling any better and began to feel suicidal. My friend persuaded me to give Dr. Morgan a try so I made an appointment. I did have to wait a while to be seen which was a little irritating but when I was finally taken back I soon realized it was not time wasted. He spent alot of time with me and explained how different medications work for different mental issues and also how not everyone is treated with the same medication regimen even though they may have the same diagnosis. He diagnosed me with Bipolar Disorder and gave me medications for my illness and not just another anti depressant like the other doctor had done. It was not an instant fix but I am now finally functioning and dealing with my life and family. I prefer to spend the time that it takes to be seen because I feel that I have been given a solution now and not a band aid.

I've never waited for less than 40 minutes to be seen by Dr. Morgan. Furthermore, he is very easily angered and generally unwilling to listen to patient concerns.

His "bedside manner" has a lot of room for improvement...

It took me 2 long years to convince my adult Aspergers son to see a professional for help with his social and anxiety troubles. This "doctor", and I use the term loosly, managed to single handedly destroy that in a single appointment. When my son complained to Dr. Morgan that he had to wait 2 hours in the waiting room each visit, Dr. Morgan went into a rant with him throwing papers and stating to my son "not everything is about you!" Such personal statements have no place in a professional session. With the money my son pays for the doctors time, it SHOULD be all about him and he has a right to complain about such long waits.
I cannot speak to the doctor personally about exactly what transpired that visit but I cannot find any reason for such unprofessional behavior towards a patient. I would certainly complain about such a long wait expecially if it occured more than once. My son walked out of his office, asked for a refund of his copay and says he will never go back. He says he's done with doctors who put him on one drug after another that doesn't work.
Well, thanks a lot Dr. Morgan. It will probably take me another 2 years to find someone that he's willing to talk to.
