They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I was asked to get a PSA while there by another doctor due to other issues and KInneys office told me thay don't do that until I turn 45. What the heck I'm 43, what's the big deal especially since I'm having "issues" ? It's only a blood test and they were already drawing blood for my physical. That's what my complaint is. I guess it's insurance red tape. Since when do insurance companies over rule doctors' decisions???

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
