They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
