The doctor is friendly but the staff is extremely rude, especially Melissa and the woman who answers the phone. Even after a surgical complication, the doctor was not especially concerned and never followed up with a phone call. I was very disappointed to get a call on my answering machine from the doctor with the pathologist's report after surgery. I tried to call her back and was not able to reach her. I got the distinct impression her office is an assembly line and trying to get as many patients as possible per UPMC. I would not recommend her at all.

The physician is very friendly but does not take anything too seriously. Her office staff is extremely rude, especially the nurse who schedules surgery. They did not even have the courtesy to call after your surgery just to ask how you were doing. Even after having a surgical complication, it was hard to schedule an appointment. I would not recommend her.

Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there. Doctor is extremely friendly and welcoming. She put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I was very satisfied with my visit with this doctor. She was helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I really appreciated that she gave me completely unbiased advice. I could tell that my health and safety was her top priority. Doctor is wonderful but her staff is impersonal and rude.
