The doctor is friendly but the staff is extremely rude, especially Melissa and the woman who answers the phone. Even after a surgical complication, the doctor was not especially concerned and never followed up with a phone call. I was very disappointed to get a call on my answering machine from the doctor with the pathologist's report after surgery. I tried to call her back and was not able to reach her. I got the distinct impression her office is an assembly line and trying to get as many patients as possible per UPMC. I would not recommend her at all.

The physician is very friendly but does not take anything too seriously. Her office staff is extremely rude, especially the nurse who schedules surgery. They did not even have the courtesy to call after your surgery just to ask how you were doing. Even after having a surgical complication, it was hard to schedule an appointment. I would not recommend her.
