I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I couldn't believe how well-decorated and child-friendly their examining rooms were. It was obvious that they really cared about making children as comfortable as possible. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. But the wait to see a doctor was unreasonable. Every time I took my children I was there for at least 2 hours! My time is just as valuable as theirs and any parent knows that 2 hours is an eternity to a child...especially when they don't feel well.

All the equipment they use during check ups is safe and advanced, yet really kid friendly at the same time. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for hope pediatrics and Dr. Glenn Hamm. My daughter was three weeks old and had a horiffic cough, it was to the point she was turning blue when she was coughing. She was misreble....i had her to my family doctor two weeks in a row for the condition and everyone wanted to just wait another week and see what happened. I knew something was wrong with my baby!! I called hope and they were very patient with me and got us in the next day. As soon as we walked back the hall way dr. Hamm was coming out of an exam room and heard her coughing. He wanted to know if that was the baby, after that he knew exactly what was wrong. She had pertussis (whooping cough), and for a three week old with pertussis the outcome could have been fatal. They then proceeded to testing and executed everything professionally with tenderness and care. I am forever indebted to Dr. Glenn Hamm and his staff at Hope Pediatrics. They saved my daughter from what coud have been my worst nigtmare.
