I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I really don't like that when my child's sick, they usually aren't seen for at least a couple weeks. I understand Glenn Hamm, MD is busy, but it seems dangerous to have to wait that long. this doctors office all about the money anymore. He wouldnt listen to me about my daughters breathing so i went to dr. cooke and he found that she had reflux.
