Outstanding in every single regard. The Doctor and staff are A++ . Dr. Bierman monitors you based on your family history, he is caring, he listens to the patient, and he is very professional. He calls with test results as soon as they arrive.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. My family of 5 have been coming here for over 15 years, since my children were infants. Truly remarkable practice, everyone is friendly, nice and caring.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I really like the chairs they have in their waiting room. They are high quality and comfortable.
