They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
