I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Dr. Ciesielka is a fine person. As a family physician, he's busy and has lots of patients, so he has to review his patient notes. But I have no problem with him, which I cannot say for some of the specialists I've seen over the years.

The office staff could be a bit better organized; but overall they are ok.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
