I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Dr. Ciesielka is a fine person. As a family physician, he's busy and has lots of patients, so he has to review his patient notes. But I have no problem with him, which I cannot say for some of the specialists I've seen over the years.

The office staff could be a bit better organized; but overall they are ok.
