No mater who i see, I always get top notch treatment. They take the time to explain things in detail. They tell me what I need to hear instead of what I want to hear.

Very well run, caring staff all the way around. I drive from Reading not because it's a fun drive, it's because I trust them.

First of all the last 10 years going there i never saw my Dr, Dr. Donaldson, i always saw a PE. I pay the same money every time, you would think i would get to see a real DR sometimes!? After being a patient there for nearly 15 years, when my insurance changed they informed me at my visit while i was sick, "we do not take your new insurance, you will have to find a new Dr, we wont see you anymore" They just tossed me aside because even though i could still see them through my new insurance, and i would just have to pay myself and they would still have to submit it, they didn't want to go to the trouble of having an out of network insurance company. On top of that in order to change Dr's I have to pay them $50 to forward my medical records to my new Dr., and they only make a few photo copies of a few pages, they do not forward the whole file to the new Dr. I am very upset that they treat their long time patients this way. My friend left for similar reasons.
