I wish I could write '0' stars! Very rude on the phone when trying to become a new patient - then what you do what they ask they claim they didn't receive medical records. I've never had to work so hard to be seen by a Primary Care Physicain before! Very disappointing, as his reviews online were positive. Perhaps some friendlier staff would help.

I recieved very good care however they were very busy and I had to wait in the waiting room and the exam room for over 1 1/2 hours. I was very surprised that they did not have a Nurse Practitioner working in the office. The additional provider would certainly be beneficial for patient convienence. Furthermore, sometimes it is nice to see a female.
