I wish I could write '0' stars! Very rude on the phone when trying to become a new patient - then what you do what they ask they claim they didn't receive medical records. I've never had to work so hard to be seen by a Primary Care Physicain before! Very disappointing, as his reviews online were positive. Perhaps some friendlier staff would help.
