One loud staff member seemed angry at the world - made being in the waiting room very uncomfortable. Exam room seemed a little run down. They ran blood tests, and billed for them, but never called or sent the results. I had to call 3 times to get them over the phone. When I asked them to send me a copy, they sounded bothered/resistant to the idea.

I noticed her diplomas and credentials right away because of where they are placed. They were hard to miss, and there were a lot of them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone, the medical assistant was very helpful. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary, they have a great walk-in policy. My appointments never get canceled last minute. They are extremely reliable. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

They were late a few times to my appointments. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they are extremely reliable. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
