Very professional, approachable and no nonsense. Felt immediately at ease and in good hands

This Dr made me feel comfortable AND confident I was in good hands. He understood a lot without my having to explain details and whys that were obvious. I knew he had looked in my chart and already knew a little about me, my decease and needs.
Then he took the time to make sure I understood what he felt would be a good path to follow which was why I was there.

Staff lied to me about when an appointment could be scheduled. They laughed at me when I got frustrated that no one was calling me back. After one MONTH I finally got a call back that was full of excuses as to why they could not call back or schedule anything. Apparently they are under staffed. When I did get that call back it still wasn't for an appointment. Just the excuses as to why I had not received an appointment yet.

Jerk! The Dr cancelled my first appointment after I'd been waiting over an hour. Second appointment I saw him for 5 minutes during which he belittled me and treated me like a difficult and slow child, the rest of the appointment conducted by his nurse practitioner. Will not ever go back.

This physician should have his license removed and not be able to practice the rest of his life. My father went to him with a nerve disease and he performed no testing of any kind and diagnosed him from based of one office visit and prior medical history. He sent him home and said "if it gets worse then go to the hospital." The condition worsened and my father went to the hospital walking and came out in a wheelchair. The office could not even fit my father in for visits and he worsened still waiting months for a follow up appointment. Thank God we found another neurologist in another group who immediately performed testing and sent him for treatments.. we have now found out that he doesn't even have the condition Dr. G said he had. He has a different condition and if he had received immediate attention from Dr. G and been properly diagnosed, he may not be living in a wheelchair today. This man is not committed to caring for his patients.

Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. the customer's always right Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.

This Neurologist referred me to several different Specialists for different tests, and all of the specialists are in the same building, so they all worked together to define, isolate, and correct my problems. This is an AWESOME practice!
