I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Everyone is always polite and understanding on the phone, and when Dr Tuck is unavailable for a last minute appointment, another very nice doctor is. We have had Dr Miller twice and he is just as wonderful. The nurse practioner Susan is great too! I drive 45 minutes to go there for their reputation, even though there are pediatricians who are much closer to my home. My son is 16 months old and I have never had a bad experience there. Dr Tuck is retiring next month, and even though I am bummed, I have no thoughts of finding a different practice. I am confident that any doctor there can care for my son. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRIMECARE PEDIATRICS!
