We went during their after hours clinic and they were packed, although this was not a problem with overbooking as it's all walk-in. It took us 3 hours to get in and out of the entire visit, from signing in to seeing the doctor. Their prices were okay ($65 for day time office visit & $85 for after hours clinic visits - without any insurance of course), but I've had to spend more at other places. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my daughters' well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
