Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only did they answer all of my questions, they also emphasized preventative care and informed me about child safety and nutrition. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
