As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

We saw Dr. Hansen for my older children and were very happy with her care and services until my youngest daughter got sick. For quite awhile everytime I called regarding her being sick I seemed to speak with the same nurse and she would always advise me to do the same thing regarding her care. When we finally saw the doctor it was discovered that the nurse had never consulted with the doctor or noted my calls in the chart. My daughter received very good care after this and we never saw or spoke with that particular nurse again. Several years later when my youngest son was born we again saw Dr. Hansen and were happy with the care he initially received however over the next few years we became increasingly displeased with his care. We were never able to see Dr. Hansen and the staff in the office seemed to be changing alot. My son is not a sick child and because he was only seen once a year or so they weren't really able to get to know us but when one of the 'newer' nurses seemed to question that I was his mother several times during one visit and we didn't fell the the care wasn't as thorough as it had been we decided we'd had enough and left the practice.
