Jenny`s review is right, I was there for my annual obgyn routine and they sent lab work out of our insurance in-network. Even after talking to the manager about their fault, told me to send her a copy of the bill which I did and never heard from them. I even message on the patient portal account and still not heard from them, called the nurse to follow -up and never call back. I think they are just ignoring my plea. They just want me to pay more than $500 for just a lab work. I went to their office because the ob was at our in-network, if had know that they don`t care which insurance lab is cover and not I wouldn`t go to this office. They just don`t care about their patient...

The doctors may be "nice" but going through this office is not worth it. Do not let the fancy office trick you! Not only is the office staff rude and uninformed, it is entirely too hard to get an appointment with the same doctor. All three times I have been there I have had to see someone new. Every time I was there I waited AT LEAST 40 min in the waiting room, once over 2 hours. Also, they have shady billing practices. I got stuck with a bill that my insurance would not pay for because of the way the office set up the procedure. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! It's not worth your time and money.
