Jenny`s review is right, I was there for my annual obgyn routine and they sent lab work out of our insurance in-network. Even after talking to the manager about their fault, told me to send her a copy of the bill which I did and never heard from them. I even message on the patient portal account and still not heard from them, called the nurse to follow -up and never call back. I think they are just ignoring my plea. They just want me to pay more than $500 for just a lab work. I went to their office because the ob was at our in-network, if had know that they don`t care which insurance lab is cover and not I wouldn`t go to this office. They just don`t care about their patient...
