Today, I will be switching eye care providers. At 12:20 today i received a call from this office cancelling a 2:40 appointment. Their reason was the doctor had to leave the office, I did not have a problem with his leaving early. The problem was this appointment was scheduled two months earlier. The earliest re-schedule date they gave me was 12/4. This is absolutely unacceptable. I did not cancel the appointment and should not have had to wait that long. I consider this unprofessional as well as not caring for your patients. It almost seems that the patient is an afterthought even though the practice is providing a service for the patient, I will not go into what I think about their patient cancellation fee,
