I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
