It was "ok". The surgeon once walked out of my room to take a phone call without saying anything - no excuse me or anything - he just walked out when he was told he had a call. When he did my surgery as inpatient he never went to my room to tell me or my family what would be done and never came to check on me after surgery. His office did not contact me to make sure I had a follow up scheduled or anything, we had to do all the leg work and figure out what the surgery was and what i was supposed to do next. They give me a hard time about trying to pick up a prescription and won't call in my medication even though it is not narcotics or anything crazy. The young front desk girl with the long dark hair could not possibly be any more rude than she is. The thin red head who works in the back is always extremely nice and if everyone could behave the way she does I would be able to give you five stars. Oh and thanks for flooding my mailbox with EOBs from my insurance company when you keep refiling the same claims every single week until they pay. it is really overkill on your part.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I was overcharged for services which included paying for a bone graft that was never performed (roughly $500).

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
