Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt great and my mouth felt very clean. They were concerned for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
