I used to drive 40 miles out of my way to come to this dentist. Everyone knew me and knew my history, etc. All the suddent, they got all new assistants and dentist. They called me by my daughters name. I told them that I had a disorder that made my gums very sensitive and the dental assistant was so rough. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. She is the reason that people hate going to the dentist. I was squeezing my chair with tears running down my cheeks and she didnt say a word. I was also pushed into getting braces, even after I said no. I will never go back. I feel so bad, because I really did like Sunset, but, never again.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
