Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. They have been continually ignorant, men. and hostile with my son who has autism. Do not take your children there is they are disabled and Hispanic.

The appointment was great, they were very calming to my over anxious 4 year old and it was a nice environment. My advice is to ask questions about the x-rays. I was quite shocked to learn that the panoramic x-ray was not covered by my insurance and even more shocked that they did not mention it could possibly be an uncovered expense at the visit. I wasn't even asked before they did the x-ray. They just took him back and did the x-ray. If I would have known I would have declined. Also beware of the front desk employees, I called to ask questions about the bill and the lady was very RUDE and basically told me that if I have a problem to call my insurance. It would have been very easy for the front desk person to look at my account and determine that the insurance company denied the panoramic x-ray. The front desk employees can learn a thing or two from the staff in the back that handle patients. There are so many other dentist ins this valley that you would think that customer retention would be important.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

My daughter needed to have work done on her teeth and the front staff reassured me that the sedation process was included in my deductible. I ask them several times to just make sure and was reassured YET again by the office manager herself. Well several weeks after the work and been completed I received a bill in the mail for the amount of the sedation. I was told that this bill was now past due and that the sedation policy had been changed and now I was responsible for the procedure. AND now my checks are about to get garnished because I wasn't able to pay them the outrageous sedation amount at the time it was due. Granger Pediatric has a shady front office staff and they need to learn how to do their job when working with insurance companies. I don't recommend them at all.

I took my daughter here for a second opinion and they were great - very understanding and willing to look at different options for her treatment. Personable and respectful.
