Dr. Sumsion and his team paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling educated about my treatment. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Something great about this office is the fantastic chairs they have in their waiting room. I could practically fall asleep while waiting to see the orthodontist.
