I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, I then waited 20 minutes after my appointment time which was completely unacceptable as I was the first appointment of the day. As I waited I heard the staff gossip in the front desk area about other patients and how unbearbale they were. I knew then that I would never be a patient here but I still went through wtih my exam. I was quoted a fee of $4500 for my treatment. Later I have been quoted $1800 and $2000 respectivley by other well respected ortodontist which leads me to believe that I would have been grossly overcharged had I become a patient of Dr Wright.
