They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

me, my brother and my dad went to see dr alcorn when my husbands boss recommended him. he said he is a really nice guy, fair. . . that is true, he is super nice, and when i asked him about bleaching my teeth, he recommended crest strips rather than push in office whitening, which i thought was rare. but my experience with dr. alcorn is not a good one, the first visit i waited for at least 45 mins because he was coming from his office in salt lake, i had a few cavities so he scheduled me to come back to fill them, at that appointment i didn't wait as long, and he fixed my teeth pretty fast. . . so fast that it worried me actually. . . and i was right to be concerned, 5 cavities and i was done in no time. after the numbness wore off, my teeth hurt, i just figured it was because i had all that work done, and when it didn't go away in a couple weeks i was worried. my teeth hurt worse than before he fixed them, my dad and my brother had the same issue. i went back to dr alcorn and he told me it was because my bite was off, and he proceeded to file my teeth, he said that should fix the problem, but. . .it didn't. my teeth hurt so bad! i have not yet made it in to see another dr. but my dad went to see someone else and was told that his cavities are not really filled, more like puttied over. he has to get them re-done. i would not recommend dr alcorn to anyone who needs real work done, if you have perfect teeth, his pricing is good and he is a really nice guy, but if you need real work done, i would not let him do it.
