My child was traumatized by this office. He is 3 years old and was not allowed to have an adult present even though he was crying very hard. He does not want to visit the dentist because of this. The staff did not seem concerned that he was crying and would not allow me to be with him in the toy area to wait for the dentist. He was made to come to the front which upset him again. He has been held down here, and I do not recommend this practice to anyone.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

A little, but it was bearable

No, it was almost unbearable

Somewhat, they eventually called me back

I really love the care that they give to my children. Dr Dutton is the best! I travel just to take my children to her and that is very hard to find a dentist that your children love and feel comfortable with. The staff is very nice and welcoming as well and they are great with the kids as well. Kuddos to you all!!!

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
