My child was traumatized by this office. He is 3 years old and was not allowed to have an adult present even though he was crying very hard. He does not want to visit the dentist because of this. The staff did not seem concerned that he was crying and would not allow me to be with him in the toy area to wait for the dentist. He was made to come to the front which upset him again. He has been held down here, and I do not recommend this practice to anyone.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
