Dr. Yarbrough's Office recently experienced a change in leadership/management due to the reported death of Dr. Yarbrough. The DDS that has attempted to take over his practice and serve his clients is Dr. Najjar. I have never been mistreated so poorly, so consistently, as I have with this office. With frequency, I have been lied to and mislead as to the whereabouts of the product I have paid for and the service I have paid to have (a permanent crown).

In an attempt to get a crown put on my tooth I have dealt with the following: multiple cancellations, delays, improper product, improper fit, direct pain, referred pain, unexplained pain, misinformation, wrong information. I have wasted hours of my life on the phone, in the waiting room, in a dentist chair, and staying up in bed with unexplained tooth-pain FOLLOWING my visit. I have paid for, on multiple occasions, child-care to make my appointments. Today, I watched the dentist drop my temporary crown on an unsanitary floor, after disappointingly telling me that my crown has been lost or misplaced.

I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

My overall experience was great. I really appreciate that the Dentist and staff can explain my matters to me in lamens terms. They covered everything so that I hardly had any questions when they finished examining me. I knew exactly what was going on regarding treatments, options, costs, etc. Scheduling appointments is easy and the staff is very nice and helpful. I was really happy to find a Dentist that I feel really comfortable with.

I have been several times because the location is conveniant for me. Most of the time They don't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. While they were cleaning my teeth, they kept rinsing my mouth with ridiculously cold water. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.
