I had an Exam and full set of Xrays. Was TOLD that delta would not cover a Pan and I would have to pay 1/2 of the price. They filed and were payed for the Pan. When I questioned it her office told me that Delta would not pay for a FMX and a Pan (story changed). But when I called Delta they said ALL Xrays were covered and should have been submitted! I called the dentist office and told them they need to file and refund the portion I paid. I was told if they did I would owe more!!!!!! (reason) If it is denied I would have to pay full amount. I was told that at least 5 times during the conversation ...... sounds like a threat to me.
