There staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome. The head receptionist / office manager is the WORST. The dentist has a deadpan personality. Terrible with children. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping. After one visit I changed!! It looks fancy and expensive, but the cold personality and lack of warmth will turn anyone away. They also have no TV's for you to watch as a procedure is done, only a small screen saver. Give me a break! Don't go.

Dentist's mother is head of HR/customer service...she was rude and always left me feeling bad. Dentists are already difficult to go to...have some tact about yourself and realize you represent the business.

The office was easy enough to find. They've never been late to any of my appointments. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Mary is especially helpful and always makes sure you have everything you need.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
