There staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome. The head receptionist / office manager is the WORST. The dentist has a deadpan personality. Terrible with children. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping. After one visit I changed!! It looks fancy and expensive, but the cold personality and lack of warmth will turn anyone away. They also have no TV's for you to watch as a procedure is done, only a small screen saver. Give me a break! Don't go.

Dentist's mother is head of HR/customer service...she was rude and always left me feeling bad. Dentists are already difficult to go to...have some tact about yourself and realize you represent the business.
