I have been seeing Dr. Thaxton for nearly 35 years and Brenda Thaxon has been my hygienist for just as long. Everyone is friendly and professional. Appointments begin on time , the office is spotless and equipment is continuously updated. They work hard to make people feel comfortable and answer questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking Dental care.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I have been a patient for decades. My family including my children just love to visit the "dentist".
THEY ARE THE BEST WITH SCARED PATIENTS. So kind and they take the time to make you feel at ease.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending this practice. Debbie, Brenda, Christi and Dr. Thaxton are amazing. They always follow up on you.
Brenda And Dr. Thaxton even came in after hours to see me during an emergency I was having.
I read a trash comment on them and it hurt my heart it was so wrong. Must have been a bad employee or unpaid account? ? ?
This is the best dental office ever!!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I will ensure none of my friends or family use Dr.Thaxton or the female Dr.Spencer, who will eventually take over the practice in 1-2 years. It is absolutely apparent bedside manner is not a priority at this office with either dentists or the staff! Dr.Thaxton's wife is dreadful, rude, and also lacks bedside manner! Both of the members of our family who have had work done have had horrible experiences! They over charge, do not follow up, and at the end of the day only care about their financial gain! Horrible practice...STAY AWAY!!!!!

I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I just finished a very detailed redo of my mouth. This included 4 implants to replace missing teeth and crowns and veneers. I went for a whiter smile. I am THRILLED. IT IS PERFECT. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. He is kind, patient, calming and so intelligent and up to date on procedures.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. The front desk at some offices are just a bear to deal with but not this one. They work so hard to accommodate me. The staff members are wonderful and caring. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

I have been using Steven Thaxton since I was in the 4th grade. I am now 41 years old so do the math and that will tell you how long I have been with them. I live in Hendersonville, Tennessee and every six months I see Brenda Thaxton for my check ups.

I must say the professionalism is top-notch and I have always felt cared for and listened to. Anytime I have had an oral issues they have ALWAYS discussed options with me before doing any work. They totally leave the options up to me.

This is a very professional group that stay abreast of new procedures and technology. Until the family retires I will keep my business with them.
