1. Did not honor appointment, over 55 minutes late for a biannual cleaning. 2. hygienist was so rough, two of my teeth broke requiring root canals. 3. The root canals he performed were badly executed causing me pain and subsequent removal and replacement by another dentist.

Not all dental anesthetics work for me. This dentist does a great job of providing enough anesthetic to numb my gums and teeth, and Ute the hygienist is outstanding. Very grateful for their help.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I wasn't too impressed with the staff. They could have been a lot more friendly. Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They have specil fee of $12. called infection control fee charged to all. Please avoid this dentist.
