1. Did not honor appointment, over 55 minutes late for a biannual cleaning. 2. hygienist was so rough, two of my teeth broke requiring root canals. 3. The root canals he performed were badly executed causing me pain and subsequent removal and replacement by another dentist.

Not all dental anesthetics work for me. This dentist does a great job of providing enough anesthetic to numb my gums and teeth, and Ute the hygienist is outstanding. Very grateful for their help.
