I tried to set up a wisdom tooth extraction starting in early March. They answered my calls 4 times now out of the 20-30 calls I’ve made over a month and a half span. 3 of the calls they answered, and said they were having troubles opening up my X-rays that were sent from another dental office. Each time the lady said, “I’m having trouble opening your X-rays, can I talk to my manager and give you a call back. The 2nd time call I expressed that the same thing happened, but I was never called back. She assured me I would get a call back that day. Never did. 3 weeks later I finally get a hold of someone again, but this time she said all the girls that are in charge of scheduling are “in the back”, and she asked if she could write my name and phone number down for them to call me back. This time I was really firm in explaining to her that’s the second time there has been a problem just to even schedule me and that they never call me back, so I don’t want to let her hang up. She then told me they are really busy and scheduling out till August at the moment.... so basically this place is so busy they just “ghost” any new patients. I don’t know why the first nurse couldn’t have just simply told me that instead of fueling some false hope that my excruciating jaw pains will end soon. This is the most fucked up, unprofessional office I’ve dealt with. Honestly would be scared to let them operate on me after finding out how unorganized their business is. YIKES. BIG YIKES. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE STRESS AND PAIN: GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.

Not a good place dental chairs falling apart.no toilet always broke.Staff is not professional at all the work the den tests do is not up to par at all.Do yourself a favor don't go here.

The dentist I had was amazing! She was so good at fixing a broken front tooth that I was nearly in tears. I had waited so long to find someone who could do a GOOD permanent job that I had no expectations at all. Instead this wonderful lady fixed a front tooth that 3 other dentists couldn't do a permanent job at all.

I went for the first time for a cleaning in October. The dentist found a "cavity" by my permanent retainer. They couldn't get me in for a filling until JANUARY. Fine. But when I went for that filling I mentioned that I could feel a change in my tooth and the dentist didn't notice it last time. Sure enough, they check me out and I have two cavities that the previous dentist failed to see. Not only that...but the cavity he originally said I had was GLUE from my retainer! And they couldn't even schedule me in for another filling until March 30. What kind of dentist misses and misidentifies a cavity? I knew he was rushing me the first time I went, I just wish I had spoken up and gone with my gut so that this could have all been taken care of at my second visit.

THE OFFICE STAFF IS NOT VERY INFORMED AS FAR AS KNOWING ABOUT DENTAL INSURANCE. SOME OF THE STAFF WERE COURTEOUS. SOME MADE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WERE AN INCONVENIENCE..

I've had a below average experience with them for almost two years. A couple of times the staff member(s) would be not so friendly. The dentist(s) are okay, not very professional - they talk a lot to their staff members during work on your teeth which many times I found them screwing my teeth (fillings) up when they did this. A lot of times had to wait an half hour to get a cleaning because they were talking. They are HORRIBLE on returning your phone calls. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Definitely could find some place better!
