They made my dentures, They are huge in my mouth, cannot even wear the lower ones and the uppers are all crooked and off center, Their lab screwed up the first time and then spent the last 2 times trying to fix the problem instead of starting over leaving me with all these issues. I had to accept them because I was pressed to go out of town for the winter. I am back now and I need to make an appointment to get these things redone from scratch which I don't know if they will do yet.....

They examined them, but not very thoroughly

Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, it was rather cramped

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful.
