There is no follow up, No call back after leaving several messages. I was supposed to have a procedure done and was not called back. I contacted them several times and all I heard was excuses. I had to go elsewhere. Not professional at all.

Nothing but bad experiences at this place. Some financial, where I was overcharged or charged for things I was not advised of before hand. My most recent experience has put me in a bad situation and made a small problem worse. Long story short I visited them with a chipped molar while I was 3 months pregnant. My insurance required pre-authorization for the work that was needed (only a crown) which take 6 weeks. I waited the 6 weeks under the impression the dentist office did their job and sent it in. Find out that was not the case. Insurance verified nothing was ever sent in. Then made contact with the dentist office (voice mail of course because they very rarely answer the phones during business hours). I was told, after she searched through my file that the pre auth was not sent in and she didnt know why. This forced me at almost 5 months pregnant to find another dentist and go through the same. Found now, because the wait was so long that something simple has turned into a root canal, Something I did not want to have to do while pregnant. I would give this office negative ratings if I could.

Great experience as always!! I have been visiting American Family Dental Care since its opening. I have never had a concern about appropriate treatment, cost or any other factors.The office staff is ALWAYS friendly and efficient, and the doctors and techs are superb.
