They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
