They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
